Lavender seats, velvet to the touch
Her shine adorned upon me like the chandeliers and not unlike stars
As we dance across a ballroom floor,
Dancing through the swirls of ether and dust
The crackling of wood against my shoes,
And against her heals risen as though
We were floating on the very air itself
Flowers and fragrance meet my lips, meet my outward senses
How I could be driven to do anything to comfort and protect this that my arms behold
Your voice gentle and warm in my ears
For all of you; my heart crumbles with desire
And beyond anything that my feeble mind could grasp
The full moon risen, the stars; a billion burgeoning the sky
A lavender touch and soften rainbows belted,
My lungs cry out cotton fields of air
That I could feel this love,
On the arms of that joyful cry
Bursting forth from within on winged beasts
That carry the cup from me to you and back again
