There is an ocean in my heart
Tranquility and serenity are upon it waters without start or end
Reflecting the timeless grace of its brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and friends
My love, unconditional and without end
Charted like the stars of the sky,
Yet unaltered and infallible by scars or by the woes of space and time;
My eyes hunger for what only a stay within can taste and come to know
My paradise, my place for retreat is humble and meek
My river flows onward, knowing I have been always and always will be
And it is that that I am that I continue to seek to be
My heart is joyful, shallow and deep; infinite as is eternity itself
Where the harvest is reaped, is where another seed is come to be grown
And the Truth that every heart needs, shall be known and felt

As tranquil as an autumn breeze that slips through your hair,
And for a moment, for the longest of time or the most fleeting of seconds
You are lost for words without a worry to speak of nor regret
No, not one mortal care,
You lift your eyes to the heavens within you,
You knew God's love was always real and was always there, a part of you
Now, at peace and at One with spirit, body and mind
Even this you feel in the air that slips within you and through you
To feed your starving heart,
To feed your starving mind
That every moment is sacred and every second a blessing
Forever a beginning with no end and forever an end without beginning
Forever a lesser with no greater and a greater with no lesser ending
